The restaurant “Subsix” located in the Maldives, guests can dine in the sea world. This extension is located 6 meters underwater and has recently been transformed from a nightclub in lovely restaurant.
The interior is inspired by the underwater environment and marine life that are melted into every detail of the design.
To arrive at this restaurant, you have to travel by speedboat about 500 or so meters from the shore. Upon arrival, first you will have a dramatic descent into the water with incredible lift that will take you directly to the restaurant. In the center of the room there is a huge bar inspired by the shell, while the atmosphere of the space changes throughout the day depending on the lighting. Morning lighting is white, at dinner is purple, while late at night is blue.
But what what really stands out about this restaurant is how close it is to the ocean world. Incredible design allows you to watch more than 90 coral reefs and unique fish species for an unforgettable experience.
